Terms of Service

By using Freya you agree to these terms. The provider is NI – Negotiation Intelligence AG, Werftestrasse 3, 6005 Lucerne, Switzerland. The service is provided for training purposes; you remain responsible for how you apply what you learn.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One account per person. Sharing accounts with third parties is not allowed.

2. Acceptable use

No unlawful, abusive or infringing content. No attempts to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models, or to use the service in an automated way that overloads it.

3. Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Free sessions are limited, non-transferable and may be adjusted.

4. Liability

Freya is provided with reasonable care but without warranty of specific training outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for breaches of essential contractual duties and for damages to life, body or health.

5. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, where the user is a business. Consumers may also sue at their place of residence.
